1) Who We Are
OsonDokon provides templates, hosting, payment integrations, analytics, and other related features for creating, launching, and managing online stores (collectively, "Services").
2) Eligibility and Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity under your account.
- Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
3) Subscriptions, Plans, and Payments
We offer Free, Pro, and Enterprise plans. Features and limits vary by plan. Current plan details are displayed at checkout and on your billing page.
- Free: Limited capabilities for evaluation and basic store setup.
- Pro: Advanced features including additional templates, higher limits, and priority support.
- Enterprise: All features, high or unlimited limits, advanced security, and dedicated support on a custom agreement.
By subscribing, you authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). Taxes may apply. Pricing and plan composition may change with advance notice.
4) Trial, Refunds, and Cancellation
- If available, the trial period converts to a paid plan at expiry; you may cancel before it ends.
- Payments are generally non-refundable except as required by law. Refunds at our sole discretion.
- You may cancel at any time from your billing page; access continues until the end of the current period.
5) Acceptable Use
By using the Service, you agree not to:
- Violate applicable laws and regulations (including tax, consumer, and data protection laws).
- Infringe the intellectual property or other rights of any person.
- Upload or sell illegal, counterfeit, fraudulent, or dangerous goods, or harmful, hateful, or pornographic content.
- Interfere with the Service or attempt unauthorized access.
- Use the Service for spam, phishing, malware distribution, or similar abusive activities.
6) Your Store, Content, and Data
- You own the content you upload to your store. You grant OsonDokon a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, and process that content solely to provide the Service.
- You are responsible for your products, listings, descriptions, pricing, taxes, and compliance with laws in your sales territories.
- If you use third-party apps or integrations, you must comply with their terms and privacy policies.
7) Payments, Payouts, and Third-Party Processors
Payments and payouts may be processed by third-party providers (e.g., card processors, local payment systems). OsonDokon does not control these services and is not liable for them. You must comply with their terms and pass required verifications (e.g., KYC/AML).
8) Templates, Themes, and Materials
- Templates and design materials are licensed for use with the Service and may not be resold or redistributed.
- Modifying templates does not transfer underlying intellectual property rights.
9) Intellectual Property
The Service, including software, documentation, logos, and trademarks, is the property of OsonDokon or its licensors and is protected by law. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.
10) Feedback
If you submit ideas or suggestions, you grant OsonDokon an unlimited, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use them without restriction.
11) Privacy and Data Protection

12) Service Levels, Support, and Beta Features
- We aim for high availability, but uninterrupted service is not guaranteed.
- Support channels and response times vary by plan.
- Beta or experimental features are provided "as is" and may be modified or removed at any time.
13) Suspension and Termination
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, risk, or legal requirements.
- Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; certain provisions (e.g., IP, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnification, governing law) survive.
14) Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as available" and "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, OsonDokon disclaims all express or implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
15) Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OsonDokon is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for any claims related to the Service will not exceed the amount paid by you to OsonDokon in the last twelve (12) months.
16) Indemnification
You agree to defend OsonDokon and its partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
