This Privacy Policy explains how OsonDokon ("we") collects, uses, and shares your information when you use the OsonDokon ecommerce builder web platform (Service). By using the Service, you agree to this policy. For terms governing use of the Service, see the Terms of Service page.
Account data: name, email, phone (optional), business details, billing address.
Store content: products, orders, imported customers, media, and settings.
Transaction data: limited metadata from payment processors (status, last 4 digits, method type) — full card numbers are not stored.
Usage data: log files, device/browser data, IP address, pages viewed, referral sources, timestamps.
Cookies and similar technologies: to maintain sessions, remember preferences, measure performance, and run A/B tests.
Support data: messages, attachments, and diagnostic data you send to support.
Where applicable, data is processed on: (i) contract performance (to provide the Service); (ii) legitimate interests (e.g., security, analytics, product improvement) balanced against your rights; (iii) consent for some cookies/marketing; and (iv) legal obligations.
Processors: hosting, analytics, email delivery, customer support, and payment providers processing data on our behalf under contract.
Payments: transactions go through third-party processors; your card/bank data goes directly to them.
Legal and security: to comply with law, fulfill legal requirements, or protect the rights, safety, and integrity of the Service.
Business transfers: in the course of merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.
We may transfer, store, and process your data outside your country. Where required, appropriate safeguards (e.g., contractual clauses) are applied to protect your data.
Personal data is retained while your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. Some data is also kept to comply with legal, tax, and audit requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Data no longer needed is deleted or anonymized.
We implement administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect data. No system is 100% secure; you are responsible for maintaining strong credentials and enabling available security features.
Depending on your region, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. If we rely on consent, you have the right to withdraw it. The Service is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us for removal.
The Service may include links or integrations to third-party services (e.g., payment gateways, shipping, marketing). Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. Review them before using integrations.
For most processing under this policy, OsonDokon is the data controller. Only for processing performed for merchants on behalf of their customers is OsonDokon a data processor. If you need a Data Processing Addendum (DPA), contact legal@osondokon.uz .
We periodically update this policy. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
